The vast Telugu Film Industry is inhibited by many artistes donning different types of roles in movies. Out of the many artistes about whom we are aware of, there are a couple of artistes who are termed Stars, Kings, Queens, Gems by their respective fans or by some leading industry-wallahs. But very often we realize that there are only a few artistes who really act and even few among them are artistes who act naturally.

Natural Actors ?? what does that phrase mean???. In my opinion, Natural Actors are actors who make us believe that they are living naturally in that role. In this article, we will try to analyze about those artistes who are commonly believed by one and all as Natural Actors. We will try to analyze about some of those actors who have acted in all types of roles like Hero, Character artist, Villain, comedy roles etc. The artistes whom we will talk about today are Nagayya, S.V. Ranga Rao and ChandraMohan.

Let us first talk about Chittori Nagayya. The name Nagayya reminds about an excellent artist of Telugu Film Industry who literally lived in all the roles that he acted in. His firm voice, dignified figure, unparalleled face expressions will remain in the hearts of Telugu Movie lovers till Telugu Movies last. Nagayya's acting in Bhakta Pothana is probably the best among the devotee roles( Bhakthi Pathralu) . The way he worships God Rama in that role literally creates a pious atmosphere wherever the movie is seen, such was the impact of his performance. He donned the role of Mahamanthri Thimmarasu to near perfection in the movie Tenali Ramakrishnudu. Telugu people believe that Mahamanthri Thimmarasu probably looked like Nagayya. Although there are many roles that Nagayya acted, he probably specialized in soft roles.

Now, let us talk about a person who is often called as the Mahanatudu of the Telugu Film Industry, he is none other than our very own S.V. Ranga Rao. The name reminds us of those countless roles which probably none else could have performed that well. S.V. Ranga Rao, a tall, dignified and a handsome personality that very few Telugu artistes can compete with, was one among those few actors who had international recognition, he was adjudged the best Actor in Jakarta in yester years. The awards that he got are countless. The roles that brought immense popularity for him are Nepala Manthrikudu in Pathala Bhairavi, Ghatotkacha in Maya Bazaar, Duryodana in Pandava Vanavasam, Keechakudu in Narthana Shala etc to name a few. His patented "Sahasam Seyara Dimbaka" is still used by Telugu people in many occasions. He not only excelled in mythological roles but outperformed many artistes in family roles. His roles in Gundamma Katha, Pandanti Kapuram are examples of his acting prowess. Though he acted in many types of roles, S.V.Ranga Rao probably specialized in mythological roles.

The last in our discussion is an actor who is an household name in every Telugu home , any guesses.. yupp! it is our Chandra Mohan. Often termed as the lucky star for new heroines, ChandraMohan has donned many roles to perfection. He is probably one among those few gifted stars in the Tollywood who has literally done every kind of role. His contributions as an Hero, character artist, comedy roles can never be performed by any other artist. His roles in Siri Siri Muvva, Padahaarella Vayasu, Rangula Ratnam etc fetched him instant recognition as a hero. His roles in Jayammu Nischayammu raa, Rendu Rella Aaru are widely appreciated for giving the audience a feast of healthy comedy. His roles as a character artist are many, Premante Idera, Iddaru Mithrulu, Krishna Babu, Chala Bagundi are some of this recent movies. He is probably the only actor in Tollywood who has acted as a father, brother to the same hero who he acted as a friend in earlier movies. Though ChandraMohan acted in many kinds of roles he probably specialized in comedy roles.

There are many actors in the Telugu Movie Industry now, but how many of them know how to act, probably very few. Let us wish that our beloved Tollywood gives birth to many such Natural Actors.
