Edison, NJ – 18th Sept 2014: The last time Director Sriwaas teamed up with Gopichand, it resulted in a spectacular Action packed thriller called 'Lakshyam'. The movie also had Anushka Shetty and Jagapathi Babu.

After his recent stupendous hit ‘Pandavulu Pandavulu Thummeda” starring Mohan Babu, Manchu Manoj, Manchu Vishnu, Manchu Laxmi, Tapsee, Hansika, Ravina Tandon, Sriwaas now joins hands with Gopichand again, for a non-stop entertainer called 'Loukyam'.

Star writers Kona Venkat and Gopi Mohan have provided the screenplay.

Gopichand, whose last outing was the Adventure film Sahasam, is doing his first full length entertainer in Loukyam. While Brahmanandam the Legend of Comedy has yet another solid role.

Rakul Preet Singh who has had a series of hits across languages including Yaariyan in Bollywood, Venkatadri Express in Telugu and now has landed another plum role in Kick -2, plays the Heroine with Gopi Chand. Hamsa Nandini has a special role too. Her recent appearances have all been Super Hits, including Eega, Mirchi, Attaritinki Daaredi and Legend.

The movie is produced by V. Anand Prasad on Bhavya Creations banner, who had earlier produced 'Souryam', also with Gopichand. Vetri is the cinematographer, S. R. Sekhar is the editor and Anoop Rubens is the music director of the film.

The film is scheduled for a worldwide release on September 26, 2014.

Though the film arrives in the middle of two Tollywood Biggies, Super Star Mahesh Babu's Aagadu and Mega Power Star Ram Charan's Govindudu Andari Vaadele, the Producers of Loukyam are confident that the movie will cast a spell on audiences with its scintillating entertainment.

Loukyam would be releasing in 60+ locations in USA alone.
