Nagarjuna's
stylish and trendy mass flick 'MASS' (Dammunte Kasko) was
censored on 19th December 2004 at 7 pm. MASS obtained clean
U certificate and there were 2 minor cuts were suggested.
These cuts are
1. Few
frames that show the label of liquor bottle. As per the
censor guidelines, the labels should not be visible on the
liquor bottles used while shooting).
2. A glimpse of underwear of a heroine (Tanu Roy) was shown
in the item song of MASS.
MASS is releasing all over the world on 23rd December 2004.
The month of December proved to be a lucky one for Annapurna
Studios. Annapurna banner has been regularly churning out
movies in the last 3 years. Manmadhudu - released on 20th
December 2002 - went on to become a big hit. Satyam - released
on 19th December 2003 - became another big hit.
Mum
is the word, when it comes to storyline of this film. Not
even a single scene of the film leaked out so far.
Nagarjuna,
who found the director like Ram Gopal Varma, is introducing
popular choreographer Raghava Lawrence as film director through
MASS.
This
film is sold out for Nizam, Ceded and overseas. Nagarjuna
has retained distribution rights for entire Andhra and Uttarandhra
area. MASS is releasing with 195-202 prints all over the world.
