• Wrote poems in Telugu, translated many Sanskrit books and wrote commentary on Annamacharya's kritis.
• Dr Sarada is a Telugu and Sanskrit Scholar, a Poetess, a published author , a patron of Arts and Literature, an Advocate for the preservation and propagation of Telugu Literature and Indian traditions.

5. DR. SHYAMPRASAD REDDY
FOR EXCELLENCE IN SCIENCE

• Dr Reddy is presently working as Professor and Co-Director of the Cancer Biology Program at the Georgia Cancer Center for Excellence, Morehouse School of Medicine, Atlanta, Ga.
• Received young scientist award from prime minister of India.
• Published in prestigious journals like Nature and Scince.
• Dr Reddy is currently developing novel targeted therapeutic strategies to treat cancer.

6. DR. GUNDA REDDY
FOR EXCELLENCE IN SCIENCE

• Obtained Ph.D. from Osmania University in the area of toxicology.
• Dr. Reddy is currently working as a Toxicologist at the US Army Center for Health Promotion and Preventive Medicine, near Washington.
• Published over 100 papers and helped US in safeguarding health and human environment.

7. DR. KRISHNA REDDY
FOR IMPROVING INDO-AMERICAN FRIENDSHIP

• Founder president of the Indian American Friendship Council which was founded in 1990.
• The council has been working for the promotion of cordial Indo-Us dialogue and educating the policy making body of the United States.
• The friendship council has been supporting and funding pro-India congressional representatives and members of the India caucus for over ten years.
• During recent IAFC banquet in Washington, over 100 U.S. legislators were present.
• Dr. Reddy has been a community leader and activist for many years.
• Born in Bangalore and received his degree in Dental Surgery from Bangalore University.
• He has a dental practice in Whittier, California and supports many philanthropic causes.

8. SRI RAMANA MURTHY YEDAVALLI

• An engineer by training. He is the first person of Indian origin who rose in the ranks of Chicago dept. of public works to be the chief construction engineer.
• Ramana Murty's name can be found on dozens of permanent bronze plaques on buildings and bridges through out the City of Chicago commemorating his contributions as Chief Engineer, City of Chicago.
• Helped many people to find jobs and supports and actively participates in many community activities.

• Venkatadri graduated with a Masters Degree in Pharmacy (Gold Medalist) from Andhra University, India.
