Launch of Raja’s latest film in the direction of Giribabu was launched at a function held at Vijay Anand Gardens, Rajendra Nagar, Hyderabad on the morning of 16 August. Sneha plays heroine. Mohan Babu sounded the clapboard, Gummadi switched on the camera and Kaikala Satyanarayana directed the first shot.

Guest Mohan Babu said, “Giri Babu is my friend for a long time. He is directing a film after a long gap. He is a successful hero, villain, comedian, character artist, director and producer. The subject is wonderful. I wish that this film will become a big hit.”

Speaking on the occasion producer-director Giribabu said, “Hanumantha Rao and 3K entertainments are producing this film. I am trying my best to make sure that I live up to their expectations. I opined that Raja is the right choice for this story. He also gladly accepted our offer. Sneha too is the perfect choice for this role. I am directing this film after a gap of 15 years. I am on the verge of retirement as an actor. That is the reason why I want to prove myself as a director. The first schedule will take place in Hyderabad till 30 August. After that we will shift to Ravi Nuthala (near Ongole) from 1st September.”

Hero Raja said, “I feel lucky to act in the direction of Giribabu. I am a big fan of Giribabu since childhood. After Anand, I would be getting another family oriented film with ‘Nee Sukhame Ne Koruthunna’. I always wanted to work with Sneha.”

Sneha said that this is her next film after Madhumasam.
