Tirupati film distributor Y Suresh is making his debut as producer with a film titled Adi Lakshmi on Vishwak Movies banner. Srikanth, Naveen Vadde and Sridevi are playing main leads. RV Suresh (erstwhile known as Suresh Varma) is directing this film. This film is currently being shot in hospital set at Nanakramguda Cine Village.

Speaking in the press meet hero Srikanth said, “Generally people have a misconception that this is a love story because there are two heroes and one heroine. But this is not. This film is about a goal set for the lead roles. I was hesitant to do this role because it is a tough one. But director put enough confidence in me. This film will have different narration like Chandramukhi and Ghazani. Vadde Naveen is doing a nice role. Sridevi is doing the character that struggles because of us. I feel that audience will encourage this different film.”

Vadde Naveen said that there is a new point in this film and the narration is going to be trendy. Actress Sridevi said that this is her 4th straight Telugu film. Music director Chakri said that this is his 50th film. Producer Suresh said that he planning to release this film in October.
