Today is the 75th birthday of veteran film director Singeetam Srinivasa Rao. Kinnera Arts felicitated him on this eve at a function held in Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Hyderabad on the night of 21st September. The function started with a musical show by Madhavapeddi Suresh and Sunitha.

Bala Krishna Nandamuri attended the function as chief guest and felicitated Singeetam Srinivasa Rao. Bala Krishna acted in variety blockbusters (Aditya 369 & Bhairava Dweepam) directed by Singeetam. Dr. C Narayana Reddy released a book written on Singeetam. YVS Chowdary and VN Aditya worked as assistants to Singeetam in the past before becoming directors. They also attended this function. Rajendra Prasad who acted in Brindavanam and Madam in the direction of Singeetam attended this function. The other guests include D Rama Naidu, MS Reddy, Veturi, Vennela Kanti and Gummadi.
